SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping is free on all orders within Australia (allow 2-6 business days*)

Express Shipping can be chosen at checkout for an extra $5.95 (allow 1-3 business days*)

*Note, timeframes are estimates only and are from when the order is dispatched. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours. Please allow more time over the busy festive periods

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We are sure that you will be satisfied with your purchase however we do offer a store credit for change of mind returns for full priced items (with the exception of earings for hygiene reasons).
Items eligible for return must be unworn and returned in their original condition including packaging. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and we will provide step by step instructions. Associated postage costs to return the item are payable by the purchaser. Original delivery charges (if you paid for express shipping) are non-refundable.
If an item is faulty, the piece will be accessed by 16mille and either repaired or refunded. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your tem and we will provide step by step instructions.

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR JEWELLERY

General Advice

Please carefully follow our care instructions to ensure you keep your jewellery looking its best.

Remove jewellery when sleeping, exercising, swimming and showering for pieces to look their best
Avoid contact with perfumes, moisterisers, tanning products and make up.
Avoid storing jewellery items together- best to keep in an individual container out of sunlight

Specific types of jewellery

3 Micron Gold Plated Jewellery:

Great for those who rarely remove their beautiful jewellery. Perfect choice for very sensitive skin.

Maintenance guide: it is, after gold, the most resistant material in everyday life. It offers very good resistance to fresh water. We still advise you to avoid contact with perfume and household products.

To clean it: let your jewellery soak for a few seconds in lukewarm water with a mild soap. Then dry it gently.

The little trick: store all your jewellery away from light so that they keep their shine!

1 Micron Gold Plated Jewellery:

Great for those who take special care to remove their jewellery before each shower or swim.

Maintenance guide: 1 micron gold plated jewellery offers moderate resistance to fresh water. We advise you to avoid contact with perfume and other household products.

To clean it: put a little toothpaste on a cloth, rub your jewellery and wait a few minutes to take effect.. clean with a damp microfibre cloth, rinse and dry.

Stainless Steel:

Great for those who rarely take their jewellery off - it's very resistant!

Maintenance guide: Steel does no oxidize. It offers very good resistance to fresh water. Avoid contact with perfume and household products.

To clean it: rub with a little lemon juice. Rinse aftrwards. You can also use baking soda.
